This section outlines the scope of work included in the project. Refer to the appropriate drawings and specification sections for further information about installation, preparation methods and components to be provided. The contractor is responsible for including all means and methods necessary to complete this portion of the project. The Contract Documents, otherwise referred to as drawings, shall serve as a part of this scope of work showing more detail on the intent of this project. The Contractor is responsible for including all means and methods necessary to complete this project. In general, the work includes, but is not limited to, the following items: 1. Remove existing roofing system to deck including existing roof field, insulation, metal edge, flashings, vent stacks, curbing and all other general rooftop accessories. 2. Verify integrity of existing deck 3. Repair and/ or replace existing deck as required. 4. Install ISO roof insulation if required to meet current state and city energy codes. 5. Install new fully adhered Asphalt Roof Shingle Roof System including all materials, metal edge, flashing, boots, vent stacks, curbing and all other general rooftop accessories as needed. 6. Provide a minimum two (2) year Warranty on all installation work. 7. Provide minimum twenty (20) year NDL manufacturers warranty on material and workmanship. 8.
