C-65.1, r.5) and established at an amount equivalent to ten (10%) percent of the Valid Submission for a period of forty-five (45) days from the date of opening of the Submission. In addition, the Bid must be accompanied by a letter of intent issued by an insurance company certifying that it will issue a bond for performance and a bond for wages and materials, each for a value of fifty (50%) for cent of the amount of the Bid. Information session and site visit: Each representative of a Tenderer present must sign the attendance sheet made available to him by the Client. The social distancing prescribed for COVID19, wearing a mask and washing hands are mandatory for all bidders.
