ADA Parking Lot repair and lobby fountain at the Corpus Christi District OfficeTable of Contents - Specification Sections Services to Include: 1. Removal of existing non-ada compliant ramp 2. Install new side walk as needed 3. Install new curb ramp 4. Stripe/paint all areas per ADA requirements, including existing/new concrete ramp area 5. Ensure all HC parking spaces comply with all ADA and TAS 2012 requirements. 6. Install car stops as needed. 7. Replace parking area signage including ADA required signage. 8. Replace non ADA compliant drinking fountain with new high-low ADA compliant fixture 9. Provide turnkey project as indicated on the drawings and as required for complete project. Questions regarding this solicitation must be in writing and must be submitted to DPSs Contract Administrator by the date and time noted in the table listed in this solicitation. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted. Questions may be submitted by email. DPS intends to post answers to these questions on the ESBD on or before the date and time noted in the table listed in this solicitation. Bidder is solely responsible for verifying DPSs timely receipt of its questions by the stated deadlines. 03/03/2021 3:00 PM CT Last day to submit written questions for clarification to DPS 03/05/2021 5:00 PM CT Estimated date for DPS to post Question and Answer (Q&A) document to ESBD The initial contract term is effective on the effective date stated in the purchase order and expires on 8/31/2021 or the date stated in the purchase order.
