Site work and paving for a road / highway in Williston, North Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The work generally consists of: 1. Pavement Patching, Scrub Seal, Fog Seal, and Incidentals a. Base Bid: 600 SY Bituminous patching and cleaning of existing cracks of streets included in this project prior to scrub seal of approximately 17,860 SY of streets followed by CSS-1H emulsified fog seal. Subgrade Modification in areas determined by engineer upon inspection. b. Qualifications: To demonstrate the Bidder's qualifications to perform the Work, within five (5) calendar days of the OWNER's request. Bidder shall submit written evidence of previous experience in performing scrub seal applications. Contract Time: 1. Construction shall be substantially complete and ready for OWNER use and pre-final inspection within thirty (30) calendar days of July 1, 2021 or within thirty (30) calendar days of the date on which on-site work is started, whichever is earlier. Construction shall be complete and ready for final payment within thirty (30) calendar days of substantial completion. The CONTRACTOR shall pay the OWNER $700.00 for each day or part of a day that expires after the time specified for Substantial Completion of any construction schedule until the Work is substantially complete. There will not be a pre-bid conference. Project Completion Date: 08/02/2021
