Project: Soundproofing of work rooms and telephone booths in STI offices Type of submission: Flat rate TIMELINE The schedule for the Project is as follows: Award of the Contract on or around: March 26, 2021 Signature of the Contract on or around: April 2, 2021 Mobilization of the Contractor on: April 8, 2021 Start of work on: April 8, 2021 Acceptance of Phase 1: July 16, 2021 (before the construction holidays) Provisional acceptance on: December 1, 2021 Correction of deficiencies on: December 15, 2021 Final acceptance (phases 1 and 2) on: By December 31, 2021 at the latest The Owner reserves the right to modify the schedule proposed above without notice or penalty and without this incurring additional costs. The Owner reserves the right to terminate the Contract if the Contractor does not meet the deadline. UNSATISFACTORY PERFORMANCE RATING The Owner reserves the right to refuse any Bidder who, during the two (2) years preceding the opening date of the Bids, has been the subject of an unsatisfactory performance evaluation by the Owner, has failed to follow up on a quote or a contract or has been the subject of a contract termination due to failure to comply with the conditions thereof. FULL SUBMISSION FOR SINGLE AWARD The Owner does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the Submissions received, nor to carry out the subject of this call for tenders, nor to carry out only part of it and could, at its sole discretion, not achieve anything in link with this call for tenders without any compensation for the Bidders.
