The New York State Office of General Services (OGS) Design and Construction Group (D&C), on behalf of the New York State Department of Transportation, is seeking Letters of Interest from qualified architectural/engineering firms to provide design and construction phase services for an addition of 5 garage bays, and renovation to existing garage bays and office areas at the Monroe West Residency Headquarters, NYS Department of Transportation Region 4, Spencerport, N.Y. The project will consist of Construction ("C"), HVAC ("H"), Plumbing ("P") and Electrical ("E") contracts. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6% Contract term: 4 Years Additional information on the project, submission requirements, and procurement policies is available for download.
