Completed plans call for the demolition of a 67,000-square-foot day care center; for the construction of a 20,000-square-foot, two-story above grade day care center; for the renovation of a 11,165-square-foot, one-story above grade day care center; for site work for a day care center; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Construction began in November 2021 and is expected to be complete by December 2022. The general scope of work includes, but is not limited to: Demolition of (10) one & two story concrete buildings totaling 67,000 SF +/-, construction of a new two-story, 20,000 SF classroom building, complete renovation of a one-story, 11,165 SF multipurpose building, new asphalt parking, earthwork, site utilities, concrete sidewalks, aluminum covered walkways, site amenities and landscaping. Bid due date will be provided with bid document package, along with details for pre-bid meeting and site visit.
