He must also perform: replacement of floor finishes, opening of partitions and patching to allow the replacement of plumbing / piping devices; fire protection work (addressable components, replacement of exit signs, emergency lighting, etc.) the replacement of intercom loudspeakers, stroboscopes and settlement bells following the redevelopment work; replacement of the secondary electrical panels, the mains relay panel, as well as the wiring (see specific features and BPA expertise).
