Project Description: The Casa Grande Elementary School District is soliciting bids from qualified vendors to construct new drainage and site improvements at Cactus Middle School. All work is to be completed as shown pre drawings and documents included with this bid. This project's scope of work involves the following: A. Removal of existing concrete in and around the courtyard area. B. Storm drain and dry well improvements in and around the campus and courtyard area. C. Concrete paving including fire lane and sidewalk. D. Landscape and irrigation site improvements in and around the campus and courtyard area. E. Hardscape and site improvements within the courtyard including shade structures, site furnishings and concrete seatwalls. *This project has been awarded and all trades have been let.
