Saving Project...

Renovation of an educational facility in Regina, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The University of Regina is undertaking a construction project (Phase 2) to renovate 5 existing office spaces into one larger office in the College West Building located on the Main Campus. The renovation will include extensive demolition of interior walls and all connected infrastructure. There will be new millwork, new flooring, electrical and mechanical revisions. All details and requirements are outlined in the attached Bid, Drawing Package and Photos. Please note that this Tender is for PHASE TWO only. This includes existing office suites and attached smaller offices within 127, 128, 128.2.1, 147 & 148 only. This is outlined on the drawings. Due to the COVID-19 Virus there will not be an onsite contractor walkthrough. In lieu of no on site walkthrough photos of the spaces have been provided. If additional information is required please contact the Project Manager in charge of this project. In addition, an extensive COVID Protocol Plan will be required by the successful Contractor. Please be advised if that if you are unable to proved an extensive COVID Protocol plan, approved by the University, your Bid will be rejected. A Building Permit for this project has already been retained. Elevator access is available to the upper floors where the construction will take place.
