**As of April 24, 2023, project was awarded to Pidherney's Inc., awarded amount is $1,550,939.69.** The focus of this RFQ is to retain a Contractor (successful Respondent) to complete the construction of the following improvements: Install new culverts under the CP Rail tracks that are approximately 1.0m lower than the existing culverts (to remain), which will thereby lower the existing Evraz wetland water level approximately 0.5m, Realign the drainage route east of Highway 2A go around the Waschuk Pipeline Yard, with a ditch along the west side, and a pipe along the north side, Construct a new wetland to the east of the Waschuk Yard, on City-owned lands, which will then drain to the existing treed ravine, and Retrofit the stop log system in the existing south Hazlett Lake inlet/outlet structure (Provisional).
