Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Orillia, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for outdoor lighting for a road / highway.
The City of Orillia Development Services and Engineering Department is seeking tenders for the construction of a sanitary sewage pump station and reconstruction of Elgin Street from Front Street South to Cedar Island Road, including replacement of the existing watermain, sanitary sewers and storm drainage system as well as road reconstruction and appurtenant works as follows: - Construction of a 69L/sec sanitary sewage pump station on Cedar Island Road complete with an interior backup diesel generator. - installation of approximately 600m of 900m diameter sanitary sewer and appurtenances - installation of approximately 780m of watermain (150mm - 400mm diameter) and appurtenances - installation of approximately 760m of storm sewers (300mm to 900mm diameter), and approximately 135m of elliptical pipe ranging from 735mm x 1145mm to 1220mm x 1930mm - road reconstruction of approximately 690m - installation of traffic signals at 2 intersections - installation of streetlighting within the road reconstruction limits - landscape works Documents can be obtained at: https://orillia.bidsandtenders.ca
