**As of May 5, 2021, this project has been awarded to Atlas Construction in the amount of $660,821.35. Installation of 6,600 linear feet of 16" ductile iron waterline with fence rapair, pavement repair, bore and encasement and all appurtenant work. A 5% Bid Bond, 100% Performance and Payment Bonds, and Insurance requirements are required. Bidders shall comply with all bid requirements and specifications as defined by Jay Engineering, a Division ofGBA. The City of Manor reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any and all technicalities or formalities.
