Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Lexington, Missouri. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Project consists of constructing three (3) new shallow wells, including well development, pump, platform, pitless adapter, and test pumping. The project also includes well electrical work at each well site and nearly 2,000 feet of feeder wire/conduit along with grading, and cleanup and all appurtenant work complete and ready for service, including temporary facilities and erosion control as required and in conformance with the Contract Documents. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. A pre-bid conference will be not be held. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Each bidder must deposit with their bid security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract, Section 3-DBE, Segregated Facility, Section 109, and E.O. 11246. MBE and WBE bidders are encouraged to bid. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
