Work of this Contract comprises work to complete the construction of a new Community Health Centre Building in Alberton, PEI. Scope of Work includes but is not limited to the following: .1 All site work (excluding building pad and base material for partial parking area) grading, topsoil, seeding, site services, asphalt driveway and parking lot, concrete curbs and sidewalks. .2 Construction of new building. .3 All interior and exterior finishes to complete the new building. .4 New millwork as described on Drawings .5 Mechanical work as described on Drawings .6 Electrical work as described on Drawings Mechanical and Electrical Bids shall be received by the PEI Bid Depository at the Construction Association of Prince Edward Island (CAPEI).
