Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Hagerstown, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Project entails the construction of a new multi-use trail and an outdoor plaza between Antietam Street and Washington Street. Project also includes earthwork, conduit installation, stormwater management, and related items. The project will include excavation, erosion and sediment control, installation of concrete pavers, installation of concrete plaza, installation of underground electric and telecommunication conduits, landscaping, façade wall, seeding and mulching, related items, and all labor, material, time, and appurtenances required to complete the work in accordance with the Contract Documents prepared by the City of Hagerstown, MD. Proposals shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond, Cashier's Check or a Certified Check in an amount of not less than 10% of the total of the bid as guarantee of providing a 100% Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Payment Bond upon successful bidding. No bid may be withdrawn until after 90 days from opening date. The City of Hagerstown reserves the right to reject or accept any or all bids submitted, either in whole or in part for any reason within its absolute discretion and to re-advertise if it deems necessary. The City further reserves the right to waive any informalities.
