Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Durango, Colorado. Working plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for the renovation of a educational facility.
Project work consists of: HVAC needs Provide secure entry vestibules with bullet resistant glass Install Columbine type locks on all interior classroom doors Redevelop bus and parent drop off routes and areas Correct accessibility issues related to main hall ramps Replace and relocate the wheel chair lift on the second floor, south corridor Replace aging roofing and increase roof insulation. Replace older exterior doors and hardware. Replace older aluminum windows and replace new glass units that have lost their seal. Reduce Maintenance expenses by: Repaint school interior Replace main hall lockers Replace stucco finish where needed Repave parking lot areas Parking Lot and Roadway Flexible Pavement - Surface Course Parking Lot and Roadway Flexible Pavement - Gravel Base Parking Lot and Roadway Flexible Pavement - Intermediate Course Parking Lot - Traffic Control - Painted Pavement Markings CTE Building As of February 6, 2022, this project is included in the Durango School District 9-R Durango 2020 Bond.
