Renovation of a water / sewer project in Village of Wellington, Florida. Working plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The Village of Wellington is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide construction manager at risk services for various Utility Water and Wastewater Capital Improvement projects within the Village. Multiple firms may be selected for contract award. Each firm will be under contract for a period of three years, with two, one-year renewal options at the discretion of the Village. The estimated construction costs of the projects assigned under this contract will not exceed Four Million Dollars. No minimum value is guaranteed. Construction Manager at Risk Services covered under this solicitation include: Construction at the Water Treatment Plant, Water Reclamation Facility, Water Storage Facilities, Water Booster Facilities, Water Supply Facilities and Utilities Central Operations Facility including but not limited to site civil, underground utilities, structural, mechanical, electrical and process controls.
