Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Evergreen, Colorado. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
: This project is the design and construction of CR73 from the intersection of SH74 to Buffalo Park Road along CR73 using the major collector roadway template. The design will include a traffic study for a major collector road, structure replacements, drainage analysis, and design plans with projected costs. The roadway will include bike lanes and sidewalks where applicable. The existing roadway is very narrow and congested with little to no turn lanes off of CR73 into resident or local roadways. The roadway provides minimal safety elements such as shoulders, drainage, or turn lanes. This project was approved by the Colorado Departmet of Transportation (CDOT) as a Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) project in 2019. The project is included in the County's 2026-2030 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of May 27, 2026, further details have not yet been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
