Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Windsor, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.

Complete Heritage Masonry Restoration work at Mackenzie Hall, 3277 Sandwich St. in Windsor, Ontario. Mackenzie Hall was built in 1855 by Alexander Mackenzie and served as the County Court House. Mackenzie Hall is currently a cultural centre for The City of Windsor, with performing arts space, art galleries, meeting facilities and an auditorium for private rentals and special events. The two-storey building has a limestone and sandstone facade in the classic revival style and is constructed of mass walls. Later additions to the building were constructed in the late 19th and 20th century of a similar style and construction. Mackenzie Hall has an easement registered on the property from the Ontario Heritage Trust (OHT) and is a designated heritage property within The City of Windsor. The work required by the tender will include, but is not necessarily limited to: - Masonry repairs (Repairing/Replacing deteriorated stone), - Masonry stone repairs and consolidation (Repairing limestone and sandstone) - Masonry removals (Removing abandoned objects fixed to the masonry facade), - Masonry cleaning (Cleaning masonry of any organic growth or staining), and - Masonry repointing (Re-pointing & Back-pointing facade including filling voids in mass wall cavities.)
