Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Kansas City, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
Buckeye Greenway Pedestrian Bridge City desires that Minority Business Enterprises (MBE) and Women's Business Enterprises (WBE) have a maximum opportunity to participate in the performance of City contracts. The goals for this specific Project are (15%) MBE participation and (15%) WBE participation. Project Location: 4201 E. 63rd Street Trafficway, Kansas City, Missouri The Work consists of removing the existing pool and equipment and constructing a new pool equipped with new pool equipment, chemical room, wet multipurpose room, office, first aid room, natatorium, sprinkler room, equipment room, mechanical room and roof repairs. Alternates consist of additional improvements to the wet multipurpose room as well as Men's and women's shower rooms, sauna rooms, toilet rooms, locker rooms and vestibules. Provide all installations necessary for a complete project and for completing all installations per manufacturers requirements. The Work shall be conducted as one phase. Alternates may be awarded for completion within the 240 calendar days allotted for the base bid project as noted in the Supplementary Conditions.
