SCOPE OF WORK:. generally consists of the construction of two additions, slab on grade, steel bearing structure with cold form framing and brick veneer to match existing building. Two cover emergency egresses from existing building to the existing access road must always be maintained during the project. Interior finishes including electrical, HVAC, and sprinkler shall be provided by Contractor unless noted otherwise. Responsibility for maintenance of all existing erosion control devices, if provided under a separate contract, is included.
