Reference number : 1457784 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2021-03-08 PROJECT: 4 e Rang - Reloading (Local road assistance program - AIRRL component) The Municipality of Frontenac is requesting bids for the work described above. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing the inscription "4 e Rang - Rechargement granulaire" and the bidder must be clearly identified. To be considered, any tender must be accompanied by a tender guarantee as described in article IV-1.1 of the "Notice to tenderers" of standard BNQ 1809-900 / 2019. The tender, the guarantee to accompany it as well as all the other documents to be provided will be considered valid for a period of 60 days . The tenderer must take this obligation into account when having others complete the documents in question. Only sureties issued by companies holding an insurer license in Canada will be accepted under the terms of the tender document. Only the tenders presented by the contractors who have ordered the tender documents under the same name as that under which they tender will be considered. For the purposes of awarding the contract, only bids from contractors having an establishment in Quebec or, when an intergovernmental market liberalization agreement is applicable, in a province or territory covered by this agreement, are considered. Contractors must hold the license required under the Building Act (LRQ cB-1.1). The deadline for receiving complaints is 11 am, March 8, 2021. The Municipality of Frontenac does not undertake to retain either the lowest or any of the tenders presented. Bid bond 10% is required. Performance bond and materials and services of each corresponding 50% is required.
