Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Wahoo, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; water / sewer project; for outdoor lighting for a transportation facility; and for paving for a transportation facility.
As of April 5 2021 project was not yet been awarded. It is schedule to be awarded on 4/6/2021. Furnishing all labor, materials and equipment and performing all work necessary to: Reconstruct Runway 02/20, Relocate Runway Lighting, REILs and Construct PAPIs. In general, this work will require the following approximate quantities: Unclassified Excavation (90,411 CY); 12" Cement Treated Subgrade (44,520 SY); 4" Recycled Concrete Aggregate Base Course (43,281 SY); 6" Concrete Pavement (42,045 SY); 18" Round Equivalent Class IV RCP (364 LF); 4" Perforated Underdrain Pipe (10,760 LF) Airfield Lighting; Pavement Marking; Seeding; Bonded Fiber Matrix Questions regarding bids shall be directed to Chris Corr, P.E., consulting engineer at the above address or phone (402) 474-6311. Contractors bidding shall be pre-qualified by NDOT to construct Concrete Pavement or as General", as required by the Instructions to Bidders. Contractors may inspect the project site by arrangement with Evan Taylor, Wahoo Municipal Airport, 402-525-1855. All bid document for this project are for REFERENCE ONLY. If bid documents are not obtained directly through engineer's office, or specified sources, and if bidder is not on the official plan holder's list the bid will be deemed void. MBE (5.3%), WBE (6.9%), SBE (6.6%)
