Landscape Maintenance for Chp Willow Creek Resident Post The Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) invites prospective bidders to review and respond to the attached Invitation for Bids (IFB) Number 20C125003 entitled, "CHP Willow Creek Resident Post- Landscape Services. When preparing and submitting a bid, compliance with the instructions found herein is imperative. The term of the resulting agreement is anticipated to be effective from June 1, 2021 through May 31, 2022 with one (1) one-year option to extend by the state. The agreement term may change if CHP makes an award earlier than expected or if CHP cannot execute the agreement in a timely manner due to unforeseen delays. CHP reserves the right to extend the term of the resulting agreement as necessary to complete or continue the services. Agreement extensions are subject to satisfactory performance, funding availability, and possibly approval by Department of General Services (DGS).
