Renovation of a multi-residential development in Canton, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Davis-Bacon Act Federal Wage Rates (40 U.S.C. 276a to a-7) and as supplemented by Department of Labor Relations (29 CFR par 5 Labor Standards Provisions Applicable to Contracts Governing Federally Financed and Assisted Construction) and Certified Payroll apply. Bid, payment and performance bonds will be required. The successful bidder will be required to comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. The Canton Housing Authority (CHA) follows all rules and regulations set forth by the United States Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD).
