2020 Bond - $300 Million - Guilford County Schools2020 Bond - $300 Million - Guilford County Schools Projects to include: - Rebuild Kiser Middle School (Greensboro) - Estimated budget: $55,478,632 As of December 2, 2021, The Guilford County Board of Commissioners has voted to put the bond referendum on the March 8, 2022 ballot. Bidding for designer, contractor, and a timeline for construction start date has not been determined. Also, $300 million dollars has been allocated to the Guilford County Schools, but specific project costs have not been released. As of July 19, 2022, a joint venture team of project managers for the Owner has been confirmed. A Construction Manager at Risk has released initial bid packages for this project.
