Site work for a civil project in Daphne, Alabama. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Plan and specifications are for viewing purposes only. Plans and specifications must be obtained from Volkert in order to bid. For furnishing all labor, materials, and performing all work for the following project: Expansion of Existing Aquastore Douglas Road Tank. The Owner's intent is to fund this project through the Alabama Department of Environmental Management State Revolving Fund (SRF) Loan Program. Additional requirements beyond those of DU and the State Alabama bid law are included in this project and are outlined in the Supplemental General Conditions for SRF Assisted Contracts. The selected bidder shall comply with all conditions and requirements of the SRF Loan Program. No plans and specifications will be issued to contractors later than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the time indicated above for receiving bids The scope of work includes expansion of the existing Douglas Road water storage tank. The existing Aquastore model number 8128 will be expanded to a model number 8142.
