**The project has been awarded with the amount of $2,344,901.58** For Paving and Drainage Improvements for Heritage Parkway (Westbound Lanes from S. Main Street to Commerce Drive ) Reconstruction of westbound lanes of Heritage Parkway from S. Main Street (US 287-Business) to Commerce Drive, drainage channel restoration, and 8-foot sidewalk trail on north side. A cashier's check or acceptable Bidder's Bond for 5% of the bid amount mustaccompany each bid, as well as a completed Conflict of Interest Questionnaire asrequired by state law. The successful bidder will be required to provide performanceand payment bonds, maintenance bond and insurance as detailed in the ContractDocuments. Computer-generated bids will be accepted as detailed in the ContractDocuments. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive formalities.
