The work involves grading the site of approximately 22,365 yd3 around 3rd Ave West and approximately 58,435 yd3 of material within the detention basins (to be verified by contractor). The project consists of the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction of the roadway improvements and detention ponds. Completion Date: 09/14/2021 Contractor warrants the construction installation and workmanship for the project against defect for a period of 12 months from date of acceptance by the Owner. Contractor shall barricade all trenches, excavations and other construction areas both day and night.
