Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Trenton, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
For Reconstruction of Stuyvesant Avenue The work generally consists of removal and replacement of the existing curb and sidewalk, ADA ramp construction and milling and paving, drainage upgrades, striping and other related work; all in accordance with the form of proposal, contract and specifications prepared by GreenmanPedersen, Inc., 301 Gibraltar Drive, Suite 2A, Morris Plains, New Jersey. The project is being funded by the New Jersey Department of Transportation Municipal Aid Program. The location of the project is on Stuyvesant Avenue from Parkside Avenue to 1607 Stuyvesant Avenue. The approximate major pay item quantities are as follows 24,000 square yards (SY) of milling, 3,300 tons of surface course, 3,500 SY concrete sidewalk/ADA ramps, 6,400 LF of concrete curb and an Alternate Bid consisting of 450 linear feet of drainage pipe and 10 new drainage structures.
