A firm timeline for construction has not been determined. construction is not expected to start prior to fiscal year 2023. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: St. Johns County is soliciting qualifications from interested firms to provide professional engineering services for design, permitting, right-of-way acquisition, utility coordination services, and construction documents for the widening of Racetrack Road to 6-lanes between the intersections of West Peyton Parkway and Bartram Park Boulevard (approximately 2,000 feet). Bid Bond No Pre-Bid Conference - No Minimum Qualifications: In order to submit a qualifications package, the Consultant must be currently licensed and certified to do business in the State of Florida as a Professional Engineer pursuant to Florida Statutes, Section 471. St. Johns County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids/proposals, waive minor informalities, or award the bid/proposal which best serves the interests of St. Johns County.
