FOR REQUEST OF : Center de services scolaire des Phares , legal person established in the public interest under the Education Act, CQLR c I-13.3, having its main place of business at 435, avenue Rouleau, in the city of Rimouski, province of Quebec, G5L 8V4; PREAMBLE THE PUBLIC BODY DECLARES THE FOLLOWING: A) THE PUBLIC BODY wishes to launch a call for tenders relating to the execution of reconstruction work on the sanitary sewer connection and the parking lot, related to Project No. 2021-STO-001; B) In order to comply with the requirements of the Law on contracting by public bodies with regard to construction works, the PUBLIC BODY must proceed by means of a call for tenders in accordance with the procedure established by the Regulation respecting construction work contracts of public bodies . Participation BIDDERS are invited to participate in the site visit offered by the PUBLIC BODY. Failure to participate may not be used as an excuse or pretext for errors, omissions or irregularities on the part of a TENDERER. Each TENDERER is responsible for delegating a representative to this meeting. In the event of a discrepancy between the verbal exchanges during this visit and the Tender Documents, the latter take precedence. 1.07.08 Envelope The BIDDER must identify the envelope as follows: Days and times of filing The opening days and hours of the PUBLIC BODY's offices for the reception of Submissions are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 11:45 am and 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm. Due date Any Submission received after the scheduled date and time or received at a location other than that indicated is automatically declared non-compliant and returned to the sender without having been opened. Period of validity Any Submission submitted remains valid for a period of FORTY-FIVE (45) days following the date and time set for receipt of the Submission.
