Site work for a water / sewer project in Destin, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work included in this control generally consists of the construction of a 1200-1300 GPM water supply well, pump controls, building, piping, grassing, grading aggregate, electrical, mechanical, valves, etc. in accordance with the plans and specifications. Owner reserves the right to award the bid to the lowest responsive respondent and to waive any irregularity or technicality in bids received. Owner shall be the sole judge of the bid and the resulting negotiating agreement that is in its best interest and its decision shall be final. The Project is being funded by a loan from the State Revolving Fund (SRF) from Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP). The Contractor shall provide all financial documentation required by FDEP for the SRF loan. Any bidder failing to mark outside of envelope as set forth herein may not be entitled to have their bid considered.
