Estimated value - USD 10,285,437.90 The project consists of widening Boggy Creek Road from a two-lane rural roadway to a four-lane divided urban roadway from 375 feet north of the Orange County/ Osceola County Line to 600 feet south of S.R. 417). The net length of the project is approximately 1.138 miles. The project is located in District 4. Construction of approximately 1.138 miles of widening to a four-lane divided asphaltic concrete urban roadway, with earthwork, curb and gutter, concrete sidewalks, turn lanes, four-foot bike lanes on both sides of the road, sod, etc. In addition, the project includes resurfacing of approximately 550 linear feet of existing roadway. Construction of a closed storm water management and collection system to support the new roadway. Other miscellaneous construction items including signing and striping and landscaping, as required to complete the project. The CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for and make good all damage resulting from his activities, both within and beyond the limits of this contract, to buildings, telephone, power or other cables, water pipes, storm sewer facilities, sanitary pipes, gas lines, traffic signalization, or other utilities or structures, which may be encountered, whether or not shown on the plans.
