Cape Cod Gateway Airport Environmental Impact Analyses of Proposed Airport Actions Associated With the Airport Master Plan Update. The Procurement Office of the Town of Barnstable on behalf of Cape Cod Gateway Airport is soliciting responses from qualified individuals or firms to prepare an Environmental Impact Analyses of proposed Airport actions that are subject to Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) decisions. This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30B, and all contracts must be strictly awarded in accordance with the requirements of the Request for Proposal. The Town has no discretion under the law to consider proposals that fail to comply with those requirements, except for minor informalities as permitted by MGL Chapter 30B Section 5(f). If it becomes necessary to revise any part of this RFP or otherwise provide additional information, an addendum will be issued to all prospective proposers who received copies of the original request.
