In places restricted to visit, the tenderer must have his personal protective equipment. The Bidder must provide with its Bid a guarantee corresponding to ten percent (10%) of the value of the Bid and must identify as beneficiary the name of the Owner. This guarantee is given by a Financial Institution as defined in section 1 of the General Conditions. The tender guarantee is given to the Contractor before the signing of the Contract in exchange for a guarantee of performance of the Contract and a guarantee of the Contractor's obligations for wages, materials and services.
