This will allow a roster of interested contractors/bidders participating in the PreBid conference call to be generated. All Bids submitted must be accompanied by a Bid deposit in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base Bid which shall be in the form of a Bid Bond (on the form provided in these Bidding Documents), Cashiers Check, Letter of Credit, Certificate of Deposit or other instrument approved in advance by the City. Prior to submittal of the Bid the City Treasurer must approve both the financial institution and text of a Letter of Credit. A Cashiers Check or a Certificate of Deposit shall be payable to the City Treasurer.
