Saving Project...

Demolition, site work and renovation of a civil project in Columbia, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

Water Main Replacement including approximately 7,400 LF of 8", 4,700 LF of 6", 1,000 LF of 3" water main, and all related appurtenances as shown on the DRAWINGS and described in the SPECIFICATION. Water Tank Rehabilitation and Demolition Project including the rehabilitation of one 200,000 Gallon Elevated Water Storage Tank, Demolition of a 500,000 Gallon Multi-Column Tank and a 200,000 Gallon Pedesphere Tank. This project may be partially or entirely funded by the Kentucky Infrastructure Agency State Revolving Fund Loan. The procurement and performance of this contract are subject to the requirements of DOW Procurement Guidance including the Davis-Bacon Act. A certified check or Bid Bond payable to the Columbia-Adair Utilities District in the amount of five (5) percent of the Bid shall accompany the Bid. The Columbia-Adair Utilities District, reserves the right to waive any bidding informalities and to reject any or all bids, for any reason. The right is reserved by the Owner, in the exercise of its sole judgment to reject any or all Bids, and to re-advertise and award the Contract in the regular manner or to waive any informalities, irregularities, mistakes, errors, or omissions in any Bid received and to accept any Bid deemed to be responsive to this invitation and favorable to interests of the Owner.
