Consisting of rehabilitation of approximately 6,500 linear feet of gravity, replacement of approximately 4,000 LF of gravity sewer, replacement of 2 submersible lift stations, rehabilitation of 1 submersible lift station, rehabilitation of approximately 36 manholes along with all related appurtenances. Award will be based on lowest responsive, responsible total base bid. The Information for Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Plans, Specifications and Forms of Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bond. The procurement and performance of this contract are subject to the requirements of the Davis-Bacon Act. Columbia-Adair Utilities District reserves the right to waive any bidding informalities and to reject any or all bids, for any reason.
