The City of Shawinigan accepts no responsibility for the fact that written notices or documents of any kind transmitted by electronic system are incomplete or contain any error or omission whatsoever. Consequently, all tenderers must ensure, before submitting their tender, that they obtain all the documents relating to this call for tenders. The City of Shawinigan is not bound to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders received, nor to incur any obligation or any costs towards the tenderer (s). Bid bond 10% is required. Performance bond and obligation bond for wages, materials and services of each corresponding 50% is required. Award is subject to final approval.
