Renovation of a municipal facility in Gillette, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Removal of the existing single-ply membrane roofing assembly and installation of new single-ply membrane assemblies. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: a. Removal and replacement of the existing low slope membranes and roof assemblies. Replacement includes edge metal, flashings and roof drains as needed. b. Base Bid includes removal and replacement of the existing roof membrane, flashings and copings. Provide and install new gypsum cover board, roofing membrane and edge metal terminations.
