Contracts are subject to Annex 502.4 of the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT), the Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Quebec and Ontario (ACCQO) and the Agreement on the Liberalization of Government Procurement of Quebec and New Brunswick (AQNB). Consequently, all tenderers must ensure, before tendering, that they obtain all the documents related to one or other of the calls for tenders. The City undertakes to accept neither the lowest nor any of the tenders received and incurs no liability with regard to the tenderer (s).
