Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Lima, Ohio. Completed plans call for the construction of a 28,500-square-foot municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
**As of June 1, 2021, the project has been awarded but award amount was not confirmed and also the construction start date and completion date.** Bidders may submit requests for consideration of a proposed Substitution for a specified product, equipment, or service to the Architect/Engineer ("A/E") no later than 10 days prior to the bid opening. Additional products, equipment, and services may be accepted as approved Substitutions only by written Addendum. Prevailing Wage Rates and Equal Opportunity Requirements are applicable to this Project. Bidders are encouraged to be enrolled in and to be in good standing in a Drug-Free Workplace Program ("DFWP") approved by the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation ("OBWC") prior to submitting a Bid, and, if awarded a Contract, shall comply with DFWP. All work and bids shall be under one General Contract including General Construction, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing and Fire Suppression work for the Project. The General Contractor is responsible for scheduling the Project, coordinating work with other subcontractors and providing other services identified in the Contract Documents. BIDDER hereby agrees to commence work under this contract upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed and to substantially complete the work within 365 calendar day
