Contract No. 1 - General Construction: Work generally consist of approximately 8,650 square yards of bituminous pavement removal and replacement along with sub grade and sub base improvements - these improvements are limited to the area of the trench required to replace utilities; 1,020 linear feet of concrete curb and gutter; 815 square feet of concrete valley gutter; 685 square feet of concrete driveway; 1,345 square feet of concrete sidewalk; 3,015 linear feet of open-cut 8-12-inch PVC sanitary sewer pipe, service connections, sanitary sewer manholes and appurtenances; 3,890 linear feet of open-cut 6-8-inch PVC water main, water service connections, fittings, hydrants, and appurtenances; 1,335 square yards of landscaping and seeding; erosion and traffic control; temporary water service; and sewer bypass pumping. Contract No. 1 - Alternate No. 1: Work generally consists of approximately 8,920 square yards of bituminous pavement removal and replacement along with sub grade and sub base improvements - these improvements include the additional quantity necessary for full street width bituminous pavement replacement; 90 linear feet of concrete curb and gutter; 230 square feet of concrete valley gutter; 335 square feet of concrete sidewalk; and 90 square feet of ADA detectable warning panel. Contract No. 1 - Alternate No. 2A: Work generally consist of approximately 1,170 square yards of bituminous pavement removal and replacement along with sub grade and sub base improvements - these improvements are limited to the area of the trench required to replace utilities; 140 linear feet of concrete curb and gutter; 815; 25 square feet of concrete driveway; 200 square feet of concrete sidewalk; 430 linear feet of open-cut 8-inch PVC sanitary sewer pipe, service connections, sanitary sewer manholes and appurtenances; 430 linear feet of open-cut 6-inch PVC water main, water service connections, fittings, hydrants, and appurtenances; 175 square yards of landscaping and seeding; erosion and traffic control; temporary water service; and sewer bypass pumping. Contract No. 1 - Alternate No. 2B: Work generally consists of approximately 790 square yards of bituminous pavement removal and replacement along with sub grade and sub base improvements - these improvements include the additional quantity necessary for full street width bituminous pavement replacement; 24 linear feet of concrete curb and gutter; 250 square feet of concrete valley gutter; 135 square feet of concrete sidewalk; and 12 square feet of ADA detectable warning panel.
