This project consists of milling and repaving the existing asphalt street surfaces of South Warren Street (South Salina Street to Erie Boulevard), Clinton Street (West Genesee Street to Jefferson Street), Montgomery Street (Erie Boulevard to East Adams Street) and Jefferson Street (South Clinton Street to Montgomery Street), granite curb replacement or reset, existing ADA curb ramp replacements, adjustment of grates and covers to finish grade, traffic signal detector loop replacement, sign replacements and new pavement markings. There is a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation requirement for this project of 5%. The affirmative action goals include a minority utilization of 3.8% and utilization goal of 6.9% for women.
