Saving Project...

Renovation of an educational facility in Montvale, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Bids may be withdrawn in accordance with the Code of Virginia Section 2.2-4330(a) Procedure (1). The Montvale Elementary School HVAC System Replacement project generally consists of the demolition and replacement of the existing HVAC systems for the building(s). The project also includes limited electrical upgrades as necessary to accommodate the new mechanical equipment. The mechanical upgrades include the replacement of approximately 62 water source heat pumps and with refurbishment of the existing ventilation air-to-air heat exchangers, new heating water boilers and pumps, new cooling tower and condensing water pumps, new water source heat pump distribution pumps, and new connections to an existing BAS system. The Contract will be awarded on a lump sum base bid. Bid Security: Bids shall be accompanied by a cashiers check or an acceptable bid bond in the amount of 5 percent of the base bid. The deadline for submitting questions is Friday, November 19, 2021 at 5:00 p.m.
