The Town of Yarmouth is seeking written quotes for a painting of primary and secondary clarifiers- 4", 6" and 8" Influent and Effluent piping at the Town of Yarmouth Waste Water Treatment Plant located at 47 Workshop Road, Yarmouth. This project is being quoted under the 3 quote process, $10k - $50k allowed under M.G.L. c.149/3039M A Municipality shall make public notification of the contract on COMMBUYS, Central Register and posted on the Website of the Municipality and shall seek written responses from 3 vendors. This contract will be awarded by the Town Administrator. The Town of Yarmouth reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality in bidding; and to make the award as may be determined in the best interest of the Town.
