The purpose of this Invitation to Bid ("ITB") is to establish a Contract for The construction a new 60' v 56' 3 bay (base bid) or a 80' x 56' 4 bay (bid alternate) 3 sided pre-engineered pole barn for the benefit of the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife. The Work contemplated under this Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment, permits, and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all Work in connection with the project described in the Contract Documents. The Work will take place in Columbia County, Oregon. ODFW reserves the right to cancel the solicitation, or reject in whole or in part, any or all quotes when the cancellation or rejection is in the best interest of the contracting Agency, in accordance with ORS 279B.100.
