Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Golden Valley, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
This project includes: parking lot, drives, sidewalks, storm sewer system, lighting and landscaping at Meadowbrook Elementary School in Golden Valley, MN. Make bids on the bid form supplied in the Project Specifications. he successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Performance Bond. No Bid Bond is required. Bids may not be withdrawn within thirty (30) days after the scheduled time of the opening bids, without consent of the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or parts of such bids, and waive informalities or irregularities in bidding. The Owner requires Substantial Completion of the project prior to August 26, 2022.
